This is not just any property. It is where the Turkish lord used to live back in 1886. How does this sound for a character?

Built in 1886, the hotel was initially the summer residence for the Turkish lord. During the early 20th century, it was converted into a Female School, while after the war it was turned into a Sardine Factory. Finally, in 1985 and after several years of abandonment, it became a hotel.

Its designers kept and reinforced its old lordy character, creating an atmosphere that causes awe.

On the 280 sq. m. ground floor, there is a restaurant (indoors), a tavern (outdoors) a bar and the reception. On the first and the second floor (150 sq. m. each), there are 12 spacious maisonettes, each suitable for 2-4 people. They all have large balconies and verandas and panoramic sea views to the sea, the Fortress and the port.

The hotel also has a private beach, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi facilities.
