The luxury villa retreat extends over two levels. Each level has its own entrance.
The upper ground/pool level consists of a spacious sitting area with TV, Blu-ray player, fireplace and an amazing sea view, an outdoor dining area with a panoramic sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, with a food preparation unit and three stools. Three of the villa’s bedrooms are on this level.
- The Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, en suite bathroom and access to Jacuzzi and outdoors sitting area.
- The Twin bedroom with two single beds, which can be transformed into a double bed, amazing sea view and access to the pool and a bathroom.

The lower ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining/ office area for 6 guests, a spacious fully equipped gym, a massage room, a spacious Hammam and a bathroom. At the same level there 3 double bedrooms with king sized beds, en suite bathrooms, amazing sea views and access to the lower level pool and a staff room with a king size bed, en suite bathroom and skylight.
Outdoors the villa features an infinity pool at the ground level with an al fresco shower, and a kid’s pool at the lower level. Both pools have an overview of the sea. There is a Jacuzzi with a resting area and sea view, a shaded dining area for up to 10 guests with panoramic view, two sitting areas, one shaded and the other open air with stunning sea view and an outdoor parking space for more than 4 cars.

The famous hairdresser, Charles Worthington, who had bought the former villa of Petros Kostopoulos, is putting it up for sale at a price that, if achieved, would break every record on the Island of the Winds.
The idyllic island of Mykonos has established itself as the playground for the rich and famous, and in recent years, visitors have been flocking to this glamorous resort. The well-known hairdresser Charles Worthington is no exception, who has worked with celebrities such as Goldie Hawn, Sharon Stone, Lily James, Tracey Emin, but also Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall. Worthington has been trying to sell his eight-bedroom mansion for €50m for a while now.
Business tycoon Charles Worthington is looking to sell an eight-bedroom villa on Mykonos, in what would be the biggest deal of its kind on the Greek island.
The 1.6-acre (6475 sq m) estate – situated on an island filled with luxury homes owned by the likes of US billionaire Todd Boehly – will go on sale for €50 million ($80 million) Τhe property is Charles Worthington, who built a fortune in celebrity hairdressing and sold his namesake beauty firm to consumer goods company PZ Cussons for about £37 million in 2004.
