Villa  is situated in the area of Agios Panteleimon, close to the prestigious Aman Resort in Porto Heli, enjoying sweeping views over the entire coast and the island of Spetses in the background. Its location, in a tranquil and private spot surrounded by countryside is ideal for those wanting to relax in comfort and style. Its distance from the center of Porto Heli is only about 10 mins drive. The nearest beaches are about a 5 min drive away.

In the interior of the house large French style windows open up onto a terrace which has comfortable furniture for relaxing and admiring the impressive view. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable combining contemporary styling with ethnic touches.

The outside area has been furnished to a very high level and there are comfortable places to relax at every part of the day. The poolside bar makes for a great spot to watch the sunset and the patio is punctuated by old olive trees and surrounded by a citrus garden.

There are steps into the pool and a diving platform.
