A romantic bedroom with private bathroom and a balcony, where you can relax on a traditional bench built of stone, enjoy the garden view and the old olive tree. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub and a mirror with a beautiful antique frame. The sitting room and dinning room, which is furnished with comfy sofas and a monastery style dining table, gives to Myrtos Gulf and its deep blue waters. The kitchen is fully equipped(refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker). There is also a WC. An impressive wooden staircase leads to the next floor, climbing through an imposing atrium that spreads the sunlight to both levels.

There is a lovely open-air sitting room, just above the guesthouse, with a wooden pergola and a relaxing view to the Ionian Sea. There is also a covered parking area. On the lower level, there is a pool with wooden sunbeds, umbrellas, lounge chairs, tables and, of course, the most unique view. It is the perfect spot to relax.
In the garden stands the age-log olive tree. Around it, a bench built of stone invites you to sit back and enjoy the thick shade of the tree.
The wider outdoors area includes the remains of the old mansion, walking paths and a traditional water tank.
Kefalonia is an island that belongs to Ionion sea. There are several marines , 4 comercial ports, and an airport.
The village Agkonas was rebuilt after the 1953 earthquakes in a different location in order to be protected from big rocks sliding. The ashes of the old dorp are visible in the north. There are 150 villagers, living in the region which is famous for the enormous eyesight.
