The 1st bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom.The other two bedrooms are sharing 1 bathroom. These bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and one queen-size bed. There is one more room available which serves as a utility room.

The guesthouse with an independent entrance consists of an open plan living area with a double sofa which can also be used as a bed to accommodate a 3rd person, a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchenet.

From here you reach the large patio where you will find the garden and the pool area with sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the sun. A wooden pergola spends shadow for the dining table. The fully equipped pool bar can be used to have a great time with friends and the family during the day or during the night depending on the occasion.

An outdoor BBQ is also available next to a small stone waterfall  making this villa the ideal for summer holidays.
