Is there an agency fee for this rental?

Yes. On signature of the lease the tenant pays Greek Exclusive Properties a letting fee equal to one month’s rent. There are no other charges from us, and the fee is confirmed in writing before any agreement is signed.

Is this property available for short-term or holiday rental?

No. This is a long-term residential let, not a short-term or holiday rental, and it is not available through Airbnb-style booking. Greek residential leases run for a minimum statutory term of one year, and the property is offered on that basis.

Is a deposit required?

The owner may ask for a security deposit of one to two months’ rent, paid in advance on signature of the lease. The deposit is held by the owner for the duration of the tenancy and returned at the end, subject to the condition of the property.
