Yes. On signature of the lease the tenant pays Greek Exclusive Properties a letting fee equal to one month's rent. There are no other charges from us, and the fee is confirmed in writing before any agreement is signed.

No. This is a long-term residential let, not a short-term or holiday rental, and it is not available through Airbnb-style booking. Greek residential leases run for a minimum statutory term of one year, and the property is offered on that basis.

Is a deposit required?

The owner may ask for a security deposit of one to two months' rent, paid in advance on signature of the lease.
