Villa is part of a complex of seafront villas. Built in the Kassandra Peninsula (first leg) of Halkidiki, between the villages of Hanioti (2.5 km) and Pefkohori (1.5 km). The distance from Thessaloniki center is approximately 90 km and about 78 from the airport. This means approximately 50 min – 1 hour drive by car.
The whole area has blue-green sea and white sand both on the coast and in the sea bottom. The sea deepens smoothly therefore it is very good for children. Also the water is very warm like in all Halkidiki, because it is a gulf. Opposite to the villas one can see the second leg (Sithonia Penninsula) and the small island called ‘The Turtle” (because of its shape).
Both Hanioti and Pefkohori are accepting lots of tourists during the summer period (between 50-60.000). But all these people do not affectthe residents of Dioni Villas because the villas are built outside those villages. Dioni’s location gives a privacy and calmness to its inhabitants.
