The bungalows are semi-detached and have a covered porch way with seating area overlooking the pool. On entering each bungalow you are in the kitchen area, which as with the villas, are well designed and well equipped with full size hobs, ovens, Smeg fridge freezers and other smaller appliances. The main living areas form an’ L’ shape leading off the kitchens and they are furnished with a dining suite and seating surrounding an open fireplace. Patio doors from the rear of the living area open onto covered terrace areas which are perfect for alfresco dining. The master bedrooms in the bungalows are adjacent to the living rooms and there is a 2nd bedroom in each, in the form of a mezzanine room overlooking the kitchens. (Accessed via a retractable stair ladder). \u00a0Each bungalow has a good sized bathroom with an oversized shower and they feature beautiful stone floors and walls with traditional wooden style ceilings throughout.<\/p>\n

The Cottage is located inside the property, on a secluded hillside. It is the ultimate place to relax in privacy and discreet luxury.\u00a0It consists of 2 bedrooms and an attic, that can accommodate up to 5 persons, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. In the backyard there is a private pool. The cottage has its own private entrance and parking spot.<\/p>\n

The nearest beach is 50 meters from the complex, while bars, restaurants, horse riding & cycling facilities, fishing, scuba diving and a playground can also be found within proximity. The main town and port of Corfu are 40 km away.<\/p>\n

Agios Spiridon is one of the most tranquil and beautiful beaches located on the northeast coast of Corfu. It is a sandy beach with crystal clear waters surrounded by the typical Ionian lush greenery. The beach has been awarded a Blue Flag for its clean waters. Agios Spyridon boasts great touristic infrastructure with all amenities, fully equipped with sundecks, umbrellas offering a lot of water sports facilities as well. In proximity to Agios Spyridon, visitors will find numerous tasty restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is situated near the protected Antinioti Lagoon, between the tourist resorts of Kassiopi and Arachavi. At close distance, there is the beautiful monastery of Agia Ekaterini.<\/p>\n
