Located in the South side of the island, protected from the strong north winds, these two beautiful villas offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea and Naxos Island. In a key position of Mykonos, close to one of the most famous beaches of the island, this amazing two floor villa combines a modern luxury and comfort atmosphere with all modern conveniences a home needs.

This elegant villa is a state-of the-art-design, ideal for people with a fine taste for living. It consists of 2 bedrooms in the upper floor with en-suite bathrooms .\u03a4hese bedrooms have access to a large veranda with a spectacular sea view. A third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.<\/p>\n

Another bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor which is actually a large studio connected with the main house but also with its own entrance for extra privacy.
\nA large living room is also on the ground floor with comfortable sofas overlooking at the swimming pool through a large window. Direct access is to the pool from the living room.
\nAn independent studio is located near the pool with a large double bed with en-suite bathroom, ideal for a couple.<\/p>\n

A fully equipped large kitchen leads through a small hallway to the dining room which is a part of the living room. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The living room has a 42″ wide-screen TV and a hi-fi system with Bose speakers where you can enjoy moments of relaxation.<\/p>\n

The private swimming pool with the comfortable sunbeds is ideal when you stay at home relaxing by the pool. There is an outside dining area under a shaded pergola with a large table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner under candle lights. The outdoor area is under a shaded pergola with elegant outdoor furniture.<\/p>\n

There is also a large stone-built sofa with a stone-built table where you can sit after your swim and enjoy the Greek sun with a nice cold drink. The white colored walls and furniture in the interior create a sophisticated atmosphere.<\/p>\n

One of the main characteristics of this villa is that all bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with separate toilets which gives an extra privacy.The villa was designed by a famous Greek architect who combined the local Cycladic architecture with the modern design. The villa can accommodate 10 people, max 11. There is a parking space for 3 cars.<\/p>\n
