The Villa can accommodate 16 guests in its 8 bedrooms. It offers two different fully independent levels, each one with its own huge living room and kitchen plus bathrooms and bedrooms. The Villa stands in a private land of 5.000 m2, offering total privacy as it is fully fenced. Furthermore, the property offers 2 different private entrances and 2 different parking areas for up to 5 cars.<\/p>\n

The Villa is an amazing stone-made property, with luxurious furnishings, which offers all contemporary amenities. The wooden floors, ceiling and earthly colors of the decoration add a homely, soothing touch, as all materials were meticulously chosen in order not to reflect the sun, causing glazes.<\/p>\n

The spacious, open-plan areas allow the sunlight and air to come through all day long, allowing you to take in the splendid vistas from almost everywhere you stand. The location of the Villa, appointed on a hilltop, offers panoramic views of the sea, White mountains, Souda Bay and the surrounding area. \n-Playroom with 55\u2019\u2019 HDTV with Netflix, board games, pool table, and a fitness multifunctional apparatus. The space also features a large corner sofa and offers amazing sea views and direct outdoor access to the terrace, where guests can also find a ping pong table. A round dining table for 8 guests, next to the energy fireplace, is also available.
\n-Fully equipped kitchen with island counter and tall stools and built-in Miele appliances. In the kitchen, guests can find two wine coolers as well and they can choose local wines from our Wine selection with an additional charge.
\n-Storage room with washing machine and clothes dryer.
\n-Bedroom 1: 32\u2018\u2019 TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the lawn covered area
\n-Bedroom 2: 32\u2018\u2019 TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub with aero massage, direct access to the terrace, where there is a large outdoor siting area with a sofa under a pergola.
\n-Bedroom 3: 32\u2019\u2019 HDTV. In all bedrooms, beds have high-quality Coco Mat mattresses, top-mattresses and toppers, bed linen and pillows. In all bedrooms there are 2 single beds (0.90 cm X 2.00 m), which can also be converted to form a King Size bed (1.80 m X 2.00 m) if required.
\n-Bathroom with shower cabin: it can be used as a private bathroom for the guests on Bedroom 3 and also as a family bathroom, as it\u2019s next to the living room.
\n-A large lawn-covered area offers direct access to the first two bedrooms and additional patio furniture.
\n-From the ground floor there are stairs that lead you to the first level and the pool.<\/p>\n

1st Floor<\/strong><\/span>
\n-Living room with huge, comfortable sofa, 65\u2019\u2019 HDTV with Netflix, Playstation, bluetooth speakers, energy fireplace with direct access to the pool terrace and a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. Floor to ceiling glass doors and windows all around offer amazing views and keep the area airy and sunny all day long.
\n-A large, wooden dinning table for 12 guests.
\n-Fully equipped kitchen with island counter and tall stools, built-in Miele appliances and direct access to the rear entrance of the Villa.
\n-Bedroom 4: 40 \u2018\u2019 HDTV, access to balcony with patio furniture and beautiful sea views, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and cabin.
\n-Bedroom 5 : 40 \u2018\u2019 HDTV, access to balcony with chaise longues and sea view, en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub with aero massage and 24\u2019\u2019 TV.
\n-Bedroom 6: view to the backyard, direct access to the rear entrance of the Villa, 32\u2019\u2019 HDTV.
\n-Bathroom with shower cabin: it can be used as a private bathroom for the guests on Bedroom 6 and also as a family bathroom, as it\u2019s next to the living room
\n-110 m2 swimming pool, 1,65 m deep. It also has a shallow part which is great for kids. The pool terrace is also equipped with double day beds, side tables, parasols and an outdoor shower.
\n-A large lawn covered area behind the pool.
\n-Fully equipped, shaded charcoal BBQ facilities and wood oven. An outdoor sink and dining utensils are also available.
\n-Large outdoor dining area for all guests with 55\u2019\u2019 HD outdoor TV.
\n-A vegetable garden is available next to the BBQ and guests can help themselves to fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables.
\n– From the first floor there are stairs that lead you to the ground level as well.<\/p>\n

2nd Floor<\/strong><\/span>
\n-Bedroom 7 (Master Bedroom): 40 \u2018\u2019 HDTV, window and balcony with sea views, en-suite bathroom with bathtub with aero massage and hydro massage and 24\u2019\u2019 TV.
\n-Bedroom 8: This room features a high quality Coco Mat sofa, which can be used as a large double bed if required, 55\u2019\u2019 HDTV and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. If this room is not used as a bedroom, it can be used as an additional living area. This bedroom also offers direct access to a spacious veranda, equipped with a 6 seater hot tub with several jets for aero massage, hydro massage and chromotherapy.<\/p>\n

The veranda also has a shaded area equipped with chaise longues. It also offers panoramic views of the whole area and it is the ideal spot to watch the sunset.<\/p>\n
